Background...

Troy Durst launched the Firm in 2008 to lever his own diverse entrepreneurial experiences, and 24-year career with Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc. (MMPI) - until recently, the world's leading owner and operator of showroom buildings and trade show facilities, and one of the largest producers of trade and consumer shows in North America.

As an executive in the trade & consumer show division at MMPI, he produced (collaborating with a talented team) such Show properties as: the Architectural Digest Home Design Show, NeoCon portfolio of shows and leading shows in the apparel, gift, antiques, design and art markets.

He has also developed Market Suite facilities in Chicago, High Point, Los Angeles and NYC.

Troy served in the U.S. Army, earned an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and is an investor/advisor to several private companies.
